  I went to ask for a cup of water and the the lady was extremely rude ( women with grey hair) and she told me to go get water near the washroom. I told her there was none and she replied back in a rude manner. I'm sorry I used to go there all the time but you just lost a customer.

  Gave my boyfriend and I both food poisoning. I know it was this because it was the only think we ate in that day and both felt sick after eating it. Will never try this place again.

  Staff is amazing, friendly, and efficient! Manager Nancy makes the best Cinnabon's you'll ever taste! Love this place!

  Today I wanted to order a 4pck of the regular Cinnabons, I told the cashier I wanted to wait for a fresh batch to come out of the oven because I was taking them as a gift to a new years dinner 4 days away. She said that was fine and they would be ready in approximately four minutes. She then proceeded to tell the lady at the back near the oven and she said in a very aggressive tone "which one is she" and then said I could not wait for a fresh batch and took two from the display counter and two that had been sitting in the back, even though I stated that I had no problem waiting for a fresh batch. Ultimately I ended up walking away and not purchasing anything, three other customers that were in line noticed this extremely rude behaviour and left as well. The lady that was very rude, had short grey hair and was in her mid 50's-60's. Quite a disappointment and a loss of several customers... Seems there is already some comments about the same person on here.
