  If you are looking for delicious classic milkshakes then I would strongly recommend broadways. They have more milkshakes then it says on their menu and I would warn everyone to not buy the Nutella milkshake because as delicious as it may sound the Nutella milkshake is blegh terrible

  After a long time not going to this Broadways' location because we had had a mediocre experience, we decided to give it another chance. Sadly we will not be back for a long time.

  We ordered the daily special of half priced wings and a poutine. After a very long wait (20+ minutes) and seeing clients who arrived and ordered several minutes after us get served before us, we tried to get the attention of the server who was chatting with guests at the table next to us (with her back conveniently to us), to no avail as she walked off, despite the fact all the other guests around us could hear me.

  The food was passable, but the fact that this Broadways gives preferencial treatment to family and friends means that we will go to other locations/ restaurants where clients are treated more equitably.

  If I could rate 0 stars I would. The food tastes decent, but the portions are tiny, you will receive half a waffle instead of a full one. FACT: if you order a sandwich you will only get half a bun. ALSO I found hair in my food. The manager didn't even apologize but instead blamed us by explicitly saying "the hair might have come from the table or from one of you" even though we cover our hair.

  A little pricey for breakfast but good food. The best Broadway's in Ottawa for sure, nachos are a must have

  Always decent food and ok prices. Staff is typically motivated and trying to look after you. Will continue to return.

  When the server came with our wings, I asked why other clients who came considerably after us were served first, and we were given a lame excuse that it was our poutine that delayed our order. However the truth was revealed when one of the cooks came to chat with his family (the clients who came 10 minutes after us but were served before us).
