    Had to wait an hour or so for an oil change, BUT they have free coffee,hot chocolate,water,tea while you wait in these wicked comfy chairs and as long as you're polite to the service desk. The service is fast and top notch.

    They seem to less shady then many car dealerships I've been to. Good customer care, they really try to make you comfortable there.
