  Even though it was the end of the day, I was taken in without hesitation. The time to explain and show me what needed to be done and why was given. Everyone was very friendly, thorough and considerate of my situation. The team went out of their way to provide me with the best cost effective solution. The special consideration and care that was given is very much appreciated.

  Excellent experience at Midas on Baseline. Every time I come in with our car, Riaz and all the mechanics are so friendly, so kind, honest, and helpful. They always do their best to provide amazing and fast service at great prices. They care about finding the best solution for the problem in the car and they are the only car repair shop in Ottawa that I really trust. It is always a pleasure to come there - I will continue to use their service and I will always recommend it to other people. Thank you so much for doing such a great job!
