  Was trying to find the watch repair area of the Bay at Bayshore. Went to the watch sales counter to ask where to go. Just spent 10 minutes waiting for Warda at the watch counter to acknowledge me before I gave up.

  Absolutely insane I waited for over 45 minutes for items to be looked up as cashiers have no access to prices on the floor!! Omg they are heading the same as SEARS. Manager Diane handled herself gracefully still left me not wanting to return!!

  They have some brand names, fancy clothes, watches, furniture.... And pricey. But you look for something special, unique and stylish then there they are.

  Had a wonderful experience at this location. Purchased some Gucci Men's Cologne & the 2 sales ladies treated me like gold. Very nice, sweet ladies & I truly appreciate their professionalism.

  Went to the Bay optical to get my prescription for new glasses. The lady who did my eye exam was fast and patient. The sales lady was great at helping me choose glasses based on the colors I liked and my style. The issue I had was when it was was finally time to pay for them it took us about half an hour to just pay for them. Then we were asked at three different points throughout all this if we had paid for the eye exam which we already had at this point. The male salesperson was then really rude when we told him we had, then ignored us and turned around to ask the sales lady of we had payed. The sales lady then got confused about how much it was going to cost us to buy the glasses. The other clerk had to come over several times to explain the price.
