  Had to get a new phone and set up backup. I wasn't in the store a minute and someone came over to set up an appointment with me. Dealt with a young man (Rishan, I apologize for the misspelling) who was excellent. The kind of person I would hire in my own business in a heartbeat! That is my top compliment in these situations.

  I really don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I had a far better experience at this Bayshore Apple Store than I have ever had at any electronics store. I was greeted immediately at my exact appointment time. I received excellent service from Mario who was friendly, respectful, courteous, accommodating, professional and helpful. He spent almost an hour with me. While he was personally unable to resolve the problem, we did reach a satisfactory resolution. I have nothing but very positive things to say about my experience.

  First and foremost: other people's reviews do have merit with what they have said about the waiting time. This Apple store requires you to book appointments around a week in advance. However: they have done quite well with doing whatever they can, despite Apple's awful customer service policies. Also, their staff are extremely smart and quite knowledgeable: if you ask for an explanation, they will give it to you.

  Book your appointment to ensure you have some one-on-one time with an associate. Great service at this location. Staff knows everything, was able to answer all my stupid questions.
