  We have been waiting an hour and a half to talk to someone on the phone. Bell is brutal when it comes to customer service. They obviously need more people answering phones because this is ridiculous. Not to mention, when I went to go do what I needed to do online, it said they were unable to process it so we had to call....well we've been on the phone for so long and yet still nothing. FIX YOUR WEBSITE AND YOUR PHONE SERVICES

  Employee at this store had helped me upgrade my phone, and set me up with a payment plan to pay off my phone and insurance monthly. Also said he would 'waive' the upgrade fee but then ended up charging me double for my phone and insurance, and never waived the upgrade fee. Told me it was impossible that he had said that because you cannot 'waive' upgrade fees yet I had 2 others around me whom had heard him say word for word he was waiving the fee. Sent my old phone in for repairs with a insurance I payed for, still haven't received the phone. Have called them over 8 times trying to find where my phone is and I get different answers from every single person I talk to. Manager ignores my calls, and always is 'busy'. Never going to this bell store again once I actually get my phone. Executive complaint services is now dealing with the issues because its gotten so much out of hand

  worst bell store in the town. i went there try to preorder a iphone. the guy says you will get your phone next year. are you kidding me? on bell website it says 1 to 2 weeks. looks like they want to keep the phone by themself and sell it to the third party and make profit.

  I would give this location no stars if I could. My experience getting a new cell phone was pretty standard however I agreed to sell my old phone for "parts" for 20$.. A few weeks later I received an imessage from someone who purchased the phone I left with Bell off of kijjiji. They told me that they purchased the phone when they turned it on they realized it still had all of my personal information photos and apps.. When I called Bell they were incredibly unhelpful and I felt incredibly violated, someone in the store took my old phone with the intention of reselling it and didn't share that with me. Awful, and a huge violation of my privacy.
