  Great photography business with multiple locations in the the Ottawa area. They carry all major brands of camearas and if it isn't in the store you will lokely find it in the online store. I have always had positive experiences working with the knowledgeable staff. Ordering online from my experience is exceptionally fast.

  He took the time to understand what we wanted to do and the type of pictures we wanted to take. Then he explained to us the various cameras and options (lenses, protection etc) as well as the price differences and what you get for your money. Once we chose the right camera he showed me how to use it and again explaining the various settings you would use in the various shooting conditions.

  I went in to get my photos printed. End up buying a new camera. I received excellent customer service from Jessica! If it was not for her patience and easy going attitude, I would not have bought the camera.

  This is the third time i have tried to shop at this store only to leave empty handed. The most recent time is today (Boxing Day). I presented staff with an ad from Aden Camera and requested if they would honour their price promise and match the price. After confirming Aden's price and availability the salesperson went out back to ask his supervisor. The resulting answer was no they would not match the item. When I asked why the first response was that it was a Boxing Day Sale. My response was why would that be any different than any other sale? The answer I got was that it was below this store's cost and would not honour the Pricing Promise which by the way the lower priced item from Aden's Camera met all the criteria in the Henry's Pricing Promise. 'To qualify for Henry's Price Promise, the competitor must have the item in stock and it must be the same make and model, new, factory complete, sealed and come with a Canadian warranty. For online competitors the product must be available for purchase in Canada, advertised in Canadian dollars and come with a Canadian warranty. Henry's reserves the right to verify the location, the availability of an item and the competitor's price." I then went to another Henry's Store and they honoured the Henry's Pricing Promise. The Nepean store lost this sale and any other one I may make in the future.
