    The flowers are good . However, delivery is terrible. For our funeral , our requested delivery time was 8:30am. But they only promised to deliver before.9:00am. We had accepted it even though it would gave us very limited time to set up the room. BUT, the flowers actually arrived at 9:12am! When our guests show up, we were still arranging flowers.!

    I have used Bayshore Flowers many times, they always do a wonderful job. Their flowers are beautiful and fresh and the vases and arrangements are unique. My wife liked the red roses in particular, they are very fresh, in very good shape and size and lasted very long. Their prices are good too. I will continue to use Bayshore Flowers for my future floral needs.

    Asked numerous times if they delivered to "Carleton Place" - each time they said "yes" each time, so I ordered flowers. They called later to tell me they don't deliver there. Big waste of time. Lots of other flower places to go.

    In last December I called them at 7:30 pm with an urgent next day early morning delivery for a sympathy arrangement, they were kind and efficient and accommodating. The arrangement was exactly what I wanted and delivery was on time. Amazing flowers, excellent customer service!
