  Literally the worst flowers service ever. Ordered 50 Blooms of Red Valentine Spray Rose Combo II and another bouquet of red roses. I spoke to live chat before the order to ensure they don't screw up the order. The live chat person said "Yes" then completely closed the chat in my face. The flowers arrive, half of them look dead and here is the big thing... they were not red roses. They sent me a bunch of random assorted colors. Trying to contact anyone in this company is a nightmare. They have no phone lines that deal with these issues, and their live chat and email sucks. When you speak to them over chat or email it is like they are not even reading what your'e saying and just keep blabbing random sentences. I got a hold of someone on the phone and #1 she was very rude, then said you have to email the company email. They finally kept repeating they'll resend them, after I specifically replied twice I do not want them resent as Valentine's is over I want my money back, and they just ignored my wishes and resent more.

  I have purchased and used Bloomex for multiple occasions. So happy with the service and quality. Even better, they deliver to locations that don't have this type of service or are hard to find. Im always happy with the outcome, and the price is great. You can get a nice arrangement without breaking the bank. Will definitely use them again.

  I have used Bloomex to send flowers as local as Toronto, and as far away as Calgary, and I have NOT been disappointed! Delivery is prompt, the arrangements are beautiful, and I love that I can send to anywhere in Canada for a very reasonable fee! My last order was to Cardinal, ON (which is difficult to find someone who will deliver to there!), and even with a NOMINAL fee, my total order was LESS (but the arrangements more stunning!) than any other place that I looked at on-line! Their specials ARE actually "specials", and are significantly REDUCED in price (not just marked up to double the price and then claiming that they have been reduced by 50%!!!). I will most definitely continue to use Bloomex in the future, as my #1 choice for flower delivery (and you should consider it too;) I am a COMPLETELY SATISFIED customer:)

  I ordered a beautiful Christmas Basket arrangement for my son's Nona in Ottawa to be delivered on December 19th. I would have rated this experience at 5 stars, as she loved it! But, I had chatted and requested to have an email sent to me to confirm delivery. I never received the email. I was able to confirm she received it via a family member, who checked with her (she is very elderly). I was reassured last night via Bloomex Chat that I would receive an email to confirm delivery. I never did. Overall, I am still quite satisfied and it was a great arrangement!

  I've been using Bloomex.ca for years to send gifts to my Canadian relatives (I'm in the states). I usually call to place my order, because the staff is so helpful, friendly and they always let me know if there is a discount code I may have missed. Along those lines, Bloomex provides lots of coupons and discount opportunities. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. Great company!

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. First time I ordered from them, I read some bad reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but every bad review you see about them is true. Go to 1-800-Flowers, way better service and you'll get a real human on the phone not some 4 year old they pay $10 a day to behind a chat screen. I now have to dispute this whole transaction with my Credit Card company to get my money back.
