  Product quality appears to be comparable to a dollar store environment. I would suggest the quality is not even in line with a Walmart product. I noted in three separate cases during the same visit, that product on the shelf was broken or damaged. Then proceeded to the cash and the woman in front of me was buying a shelving unit which was damaged in two places and the disinterested cashier advised her to go grab another one, although one staff member was quite friendly and helpful. Will not be returning. Good store for university students on a budget who care little about quality.

  What a joke. Was the only person in the store. Passed by every sing worker of there's without any acknowledgement or help finding what I was looking for. Then when I get to the cash of course nobody there. They then attempt to walk away after I pay and have to remind them to put what I bought in a bag.

  Concept similar to Bed Bath & Beyond (BBB). In comparison to BBB, I found the pricing fair, some lower or at par. Store is not as clean, nor organized, several items pricing signage not clear (spent several minutes looking for pricing on some items). No one approached me or even said "hi". When I asked a clerk about a product and its pricing I felt I was interrupting her task of stocking shelves. Provided little assistance and was content to direct me yo the section close by that had a full selection and if I needed help to ask her and returned immediately to her task. Wasn't impressed with service however selection and pricing was good to excellent.

  Great customer service. I was in and out of the store within 20 mins and got what I needed I was helped by 2 people 1 being the manager who helped me set up my deliver date for the furniture I had bought. She even gave me the sale price for the future sale so I wouldn't have to come back.
