  I have dealt with this location as it is my neighborhood location. Our family has purchased many items, computers, printers, school supplies, a multitude of Apple products, and have received nothing but great customer service from them. I ONLY deal with one associate at this location. He is extremely knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond with his customer service. I have also observed him interacting with other customers while I wait for him and again he is courteous and friendly. Would I recommend this location to my family and friends .... in a heartbeat !!! Ask for my guy by name and tell him I sent you .... his name is PAUL and he is awesome !

  I read the reviews by others as well, it looks like Paul is not the greatest in management. I would say that my experience reflects those of others complaining about this location.

  Unfortunately, there is always an issue with the copy and print center. It's a pity because the staff is wonderful. It's either they give me terribly printed products because that's the best their printer can do...or my project is delayed because they have to send it to Montreal....or their color printer is always broken. I finally found another supplier for my client graphics. Today I decided to try Staples again after 6 months, assuming they upgraded their printers, ordered a same day project, and per the usual, their printer is broken. Sadly, I won't be using Staples in the future due to constant excuses and poor printing.

  I as Paul to put this is writing on a manual receivable that the laptop was infact returned but he would not give me any documenation on paper. I then demanded to give me my laptop back as I would have no way to prove that i had infact return the laptop.

  Had a heated argument with Paul. I finally ask to take a screenshot of the return. Paul was extremely rude and unprofessional. He infact said that if i insisted for it he would kick me out of store.

  Didn't follow order properly (single vs double sided) and they converted it from .pub to .pdf which incorrectly altered the layout and made transparent image backgrounds black. Returned both orders.

  Very unprofessional staff member named Paul. I was there to return my laptop. After return a $451 printer they could not print my return confimation due to printer malfunction at Customer Service. I demanded some form of documentation for my record as was told that the return would be processed by Staples.ca once the item is recived by warehouse.
