  We're not new to activities at professional centers. My children have had dance classes (Kali Andrew's), karate (John Leroux's Karate), skating (Minto), gymnastics(Nepean Corona), and Girl Guides. Those are all FANTASTIC places. My daughter has never asked to stay home.

  I do NOT recommend this club for beginners. Find a cheaper way to see if your child is ok with repeated diving first. I'm assuming the club is great for competitors since their rating is relatively high. Don't expect communication.

  My daughter loves swimming, is comfortable in water and was drawn to the diving board. Naturally, we thought diving lessons would be great. She was so excited for this program. However, we didn't anticipate her throat hurting or painful ear popping with repeated diving in the beginner "Learn to Dive" class. I tried to ask Fernando about this or about a possible refund for exceptional medical reasons but he didn't respond to my second email and didn't understand what i was asking in my first email. I cannot stress how bad the communication is. Also, there was only one instructor for 8+ kids one day when Fernando wasn't there. The female instructor looks like she doesn't want to be there and can't be bothered to put her coffee mug down during class. Fernando was only there for 2 out of the 4 classes I've seen. A fill in female instructor, looked like she didn't know what she was doing and had to get instruction from the bored instructor on how to help the kids backward dive, and lastly, when my daughter told her instructor about the painful ear popping the instructor said, "Maybe it's because you're going too deep".
