  One of the worst insurance companies I have ever dealt with. You pay insurance expecting them to cover you when you have an incident and then you have an incident and they try their hardest not to cover you to save money. AVIVA

  This is unbelievable! Since RBC Insurance liked with them, I don't have access to my policies anymore, through online access. I have been waiting for it since July, 2017 and every time I call them, the same lame excuse: "the system is down, but we don't know when it will be back, that is why you don't have access". The raise my tenant policy without letting me know. What I believe, this is a company stealing my money with the excuse of "Insurance". Bad choice from the RBC.

  By far the worst insurance company out there, no understanding. Money grabbing terrible and rude. They'll cancel your policy based on "technicalities" and then offer you a new quote with a higher rate. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy, they employ satan. They don't even deserve 1 star.

  Seems you get what you pay for, should have learned my lesson when I had this insurance company in the past and signed back up in 2014. Current car accident with a deer side swiping my car while driving with 7200.00 damage on a 2014 with 146, 000 + km and manual, they keep coming up with a higher cost not truly valued on this car. The battle is on and also paid higher policy cost for a new car replacement, seems they do not want to honour this of course. Also raised my house insurance cost on a new home after signing up claim high risk area for sewers and floods but all new infrastructure and builds. Agree stay away. I will continue to fight.
