    Poor customer service. Asked to change a ring that I got as a gift and it came with warranty. Was told will get it in 2weeks. It's been 2 months. Store phones voicemail was not setup.

    Staff are wonderful. They always remember my fiancee and I and seem to really care about their clients. They don't sell hard, they want to help find things you love within your budget. The quality of the products is wonderful, and the care plan is excellent. I like Michael Hill but I LOVE the Bayshore store.

    The customer service at Michael Hill in Bayshore was amazing! The sales ladies were so patient and friendly and they helped me find the perfect gift for a good friend. Thank you once again :)

    The lady was extremely pushy and rude. She didn't even ask me what I wanted or a budget and, just started explaining the difference in diamond quality and why the expensive ones were better. And when I did start explaining that I'm not interested in that she just kind of ignored me. She was suggesting things to do about a wedding venue and dinner and made me feel bad about not having a wedding planner or having it all figured out yet.
