  Don't stay here! The pool doesn't have heat and they made no attempts to fix it. Didn't bother to clean our room on one of our days. Promised our kids a hotel with a pool for Christmas holidays we stayed 3 days had to tell my 5 year old everyday she couldn't go in the pool. When we reserved we should have been told upfront and given the option to go somewhere else. Won't be back. Told me they couldn't compensate us but could give us 2000 points on our reward cards ya that's not even $10. Won't be back or use a Best Western again if this is there idea of making things better.

  The Best Western Hotel in Bells Corners is in a very convenient location that suits us well. We lived in the area in the past, so it's a bit like coming home and being able to easily go to our favourite restaurants, a great gluten-free bakery and so much more. It's really easy to drive from the hotel to anywhere in the West End of Ottawa. The room was spotless (and I'm so picky!). The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I do recommend booking well in advance if you need a ground floor room.

  Amazing place - my Aunt and Uncle stayed here while a family member was in hospital at Queensway Carleton - inside its clean and beautiful and decorated very tastefully. The pool and exercise are are also well done and bright and clean. Staff of Hotel and restaurant were very polite and professional and courteous. The one thing I'd have not made it a 5 stars is the exterior needs to be updated and I'm sure that will happen in time. If I had to get a hotel room in West End of Ottawa I would for sure go here.

  Very good customer service. Annie the hotel manager is helpful and friendly. A regular and a quiet stay. Close to everything and very comfortable rooms. A great Best Western plus!

  Overall okay hotel. Rooms are nice. Services are okay, and just your average hotel. However, the pool was under maintenance (even though they were not doing anything), the room next to us stank of weed (although it’s a no smoking hotel) and did not have many services and offerings. So overall, a 3 out of 5. Okay to stay if you are in a cinch, but look for somewhere else for a nice vacation in Ottawa.
