  I ordered online and it stated that it would take 25 minutes. When I showed up 25 minutes later I was not even greeted but was treated like a delivery driver with an abrupt "pick-up ?" It looked as if they had not even noticed the online order. With a hand signal I was asked to take a seat by the door. This "lady" does speak English though. 25 minutes later after I got up and asked them to refund me if the food was not ready or started yet, I was handed the food. Thee is much better take out and after this experience I would not recommend it. Things do happen but if they do an apology would be the least they should offer to an unhappy customer.

  We had one of the set dinners for 10, and added the Peking Duck done 3 ways — which was a rip off. The duck wrap was good, but only came with one pancake per person, and they charged us $8 for 10 more of the pancakes and didn’t refill the green onions/cucumber/hoisin sauce. The second dish was just the rest of the duck on a plate that was cold. I was not impressed. Usually the rest of the meat is diced up and fried with diced vegetables and can be used for a lettuce wrap. Because we already had a soup with the set menu, they only gave us the duck done 2 ways, but charged us full price.

  I'd have tipped nicely if they were more reasonable. Sorry but I won't have someone tell me what I'm aloud and not aloud to order. 1 Star

  It’s obvious from my experience here that they are just after $$ and don’t really care about the quality of their food or repeat business. If they made me feel more valued, I would certainly come back, but as it is, it’s not worth it to make the trip all the way to Barhaven.

  Didn't even get to order as the lady had hung up the phone when she didn't like that I asked if they could substitute one of the items on a combination plate.

  For Ottawa, this is not a bad authentic Chinese restaurant. The food for the most part is tasty, but service isn’t the greatest. Value wise, the prices are a bit higher than average with smaller than normal portions.

  Good restaurant. Decent portions. Relatively quick service. Pleasant atmosphere. Great for large groups or family gatherings. Seating is at large round tables commonly found in many Chinese restaurants.

  Really tasty food, cooked fresh. Dim sum was consistently good. Selection of Chinese tea available if you ask. Found the staff to be helpful and honest.
