    Typically the food is great but I am not really impressed with the customer service I recieve via phone call. When my boyfriend called for delivery the man said that they were closed. Which I thought was weird cause it says they are open until 2am. So I decided to call for pickup and they didn't say anything about being closed...kinda confused? I'll be picking up my pizza later tonight...

    I've had no problems delivering to my new address in the past. (around Barrhaven Costco) Brand new address, houses just built. I just called and the closest store to my house is refusing to deliver. I understand my place not being on the map and the 30 mins or free being null but refusing to deliver to a customer?!?! Let's just say I'm not to thrilled.

    Ordered a promotion pizza a few months ago, and didn't even get the promotion... Ordered again a month later, and the pizza was late and raw, but got replaced thanks to the customer service line. Decided to try again tonight after a couple of months, and again the pizza was raw!!! I also paid extra for bacon strips, and 4 slices didn't have any on them! I have never been satisfied by this location and will definitely not be ordering from here again.
