  I worked with Sorin to help me buy a home in Ottawa South about 5 years ago. He was always very professional and on the ball with everything. Recently I just put the same house on the market, and worked with Sorin to do that. As always he was very insightful as to what the market is doing, and consulted us with how much we should be asking for and what we need to do to get it sold fast. I am happy to say that after 4 days on the market we sold the house for full asking. We would not of been able to do it without Sorin's knowledge and insight.
