  I have to say I was impressed by the well lit area. This is one common complaint I have with many restaurants, that lighting is just too dim.

  Amazing food and good service. Great gluten free options. The best burgers!! Very busy on the weekends, but worth the wait.

  I don't get the comments against pricing. Based on what I paid and what we ordered, this was well within expected costs. In fact the Caesar was one of the lowest priced ones I've had in the city and the portion was a full glass.

  The waitress was amazing. She was super friendly, and even though she forgot to serve us the appetizer, she ended up compensating it and we got it at no charge. I was thoroughly impressed by her handling of it and left her a much bigger tip than I would otherwise. She deserved it for handling a mistake and making us happy customers.

  I was just at the barrhaven Kelseys for dinner with a friend and his son. I frequent this location atleast once a month. Always have an excellent experience. This time, there was an issue with one meal being a little undercooked. I asked for the manager who was prompt and genuinely concerned. He made everything right and even went the extra mile. They did NOT lose us as customers. Mistakes happen everywhere, it's how they are dealt with that makes the difference. Kudos to the helpful staff.

  Ordered some take out last night. Friendly staff but the food is not so great. I ordered some simple appetizers and they were tasteless. When i called to let the manager know about the type of food that was made he blamed it on my 3 min drive home.

  First time visit with 4 teenage boys. We loved the food - was to die for. Meals were perfect. I had a special request for my food & they were able to accommodate me. Service was fast & server was a sweetheart. Prices are very reasonable. Will return anytime I'm in the Ottawa area.
