  Service was horrible. They are very unorganized. They keep taking orders without checking to make sure orders are being filled. I waited forever because someone at the counter lost my order, then by the time they were ready to fill it they didn’t have the chicken for my order. I’m sure the 10 other people that ordered after me and got their order before me took what should have been put in my order. Back kitchen staff did not check to see what was running out. This bad service is pretty consistent across all Popeyes in the city I find.

  Every time I visit 2- 3 of the 10 tables are taken up by employees on break. It's frustrating looking for a seat and seeing multiple staff members each take a 4 top table for themselves.

  I was excited when they were opening at the square, but the people working their are terrible at providing service. This is the second time they messed up my order, I ordered 4 spicy dark meat and they charged me an extra dollar for it too, but they always end up giving me the regular combo meal. When I tell them you guys made a mistake, they come up with an excuse, they are out of chicken and i need to wait 20 mins when I can clearly see there's more chicken in their front stove.

  When it opened, there used to be better employees working before, but now they all look like as if they are in torture from their manager.

  I have enjoyed the "food" here many times. They get the order correct every time. It's always a long line-up when I get there and I don't like waiting that much. They have two cashes but only ever seem to use one even when it's lined up to the door.

  Basic fast food place. Spicy chicken took about five minutes to be ready. Quality was ok for the fairly low prices. Small space, but quite clean.
