  Bought a curling iron for less than 40 dollars paid and when I got home noticed she added an extended warranty without first asking me. Beyond annoyed with this location and the older blonde lady working there.

  The negative review for this store is not for the products or prices but rather for the horrible customer service that extends from management to staff. I frequent Sally stores often, both in the US and Canada and this is the first store in which time I have seen anything except great service. At this location I was incredibly mistreated and insulted. I have never in my life pulled the race card but in this case I have to say that I felt as though they questioned the return because I am a person of color. Would I ever frequent this store again? Not in a million years but I do feel people of color need to be careful when walking into this business. The manager, Jackie, is incredibly condescending and beyond rude. She spoke to the other worker there about my return addressing me while not once looking at me. If you go to this store, be diligent and feel free to post a review of your experience.

  Extremely happy with the customer service at this location. Purchased a Manic Panic dye several months ago here that was supposed to be a pinky-red. It came out 100% orange. Walked in and just casually asked the saleslady about alternative colours to try and fix it, and she suggested I bring the old one in to exchange for a colour I liked better at no charge, no receipt needed. Upon bringing mine in, my jar was several shades more orange than the same colour on the shelf. I'm much happier with the new colour, and just blown away at the service. I will be shopping here more frequently now!

  I've been shopping at Sally Beauty for years I love the prices and all the products. Especially the Ion hair dye and products. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable especially the girl who wear glasses. She helped me with the entire ombré and colour process for my daughter and it turned out perfectly. She explained to me the whole process and the dos and fonts in order to get the most professional outcome. I wish I got her name. I know I'll be back though. Thanks Sally's!

  Every time I go to this location I am more and more impressed! The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I am looking for. Seriously love this place.
