This used to be my main grocery store but most recently I had such bad experience with their fruits. Watermelons were always nasty, like rotten and mushy on the inside. Now even their Fuji apples are the same. Its like it was frozen to keep it fresh but when thaw out in the stores, it became mushy from the inside. Had to throw away the watermelon and other fruits from there. Waste of money. Quality of this store has gone down A lot.

In last several years two chickens and three lamb legs we bought from Barrhaven store were rotten. Hope the store could find way to avoid something like this happen. It wasted us a lots of time preparing cooking and have to bring the stink meat to get refund again.

This is a slightly higher end Loblaws referred to as a “Loblaws Inspired”. As a result the prices can be a bit higher in some departments but the trade-off is much better selection, with fresh made sushi, a coffee shop, more ready-to-eat food, a deli and cheese shop, an expanded butchery and a wine and beer section.

I have been shopping at Loblaws for 25 years and I love everything about it- quailty, standard, reliability, return policy, cleanliness and one stop shop aspect of it. I don even have to go Indian store because I can find everything Indian and Canadian here. I would highly recommend shopping at Loblaws.

I enjoy shopping here as the hours are convenient, selection is plenty and produce is usually top notch quality (though it costs more than many other places). Parking is a little hectic as it happens to be right near the intersection part of the Plaza which makes backing in and out a pain. They have people that follow you around the store which I find very rude and intrusive. I understand and appreciate the fact that they want to eliminate as much theft as possible, but don't make the customers feel uncomfortable or harassed one way or the other. There are plenty other ways to ensure loss prevention is at its best, but not your current way.
