    We are a frequent customer of budget rental and by far this location is the best. There is a gentlemen by the name Farouk who works at this location and represents the company in the most professional and courteous manner. There is no doubt in my mind that we will continue to rent vehicles from this location because of this person. I hope he is recognized as an outstanding employee!

    I've been going to Farouk for a few years now, and am ALWAYS happy with the results. He is efficient, courteous, friendly, and EXCELLENT at customer service. Any issues that I've had have been fixed promptly and courteously. I have NO trouble recommending Farouk to friends and colleagues - and have done so often
