  So after two visits here I can officially confirm that these guys are awesome. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they really do their best for you. I never feel talked down to and I always leave happy. They always fit me in too, even when busy. So so impressed, go see these guys! Prices are super reasonable as well!!!

  EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I was driving up to Ottawa in a hurry for Thanksgiving weekend and started to get a bad vibration in my steering wheel. Not being from the area I was hesitant to try a new mechanic, but this problem felt urgent. I searched the internet and found Beams Automotive along my way just off Hwy #416. The reviews looked good, and sure enough, they were right on. John & Dan quickly got my car up on the lift and showed me exactly what was wrong. I'm not a car guy so appreciated them showing me the problem part (failed drivers side bushing on the suspension) and made sure I understood what went wrong by comparing it to the other side. They also fixed an exhaust leak for me and changed my oil which was overdue (for less than Mr Lube charges I might add!!). The rates were very good and they got my little Hyundai back on the road and running smooth again, even at speeds far beyond what my little clown car was designed to drive at. They even buffed my headlights cleaner and brighter than I've ever seen which was great for the trip to the cottage later that weekend. Great service, fair prices, kind and knowledgeable service staff- these guys really care about their customers. I will be returning to Beams Automotive to do my car maintenance and new tires as part of my future Ottawa trips to visit family from now on. Highly recommend to anyone- 5 stars!

  We were heading out of town when the car was making a horrible sound, not knowing what it was stopped at beams on a busy Friday morning. As we were rushing to get out of town they were so kind as to take the car and replace the brakes right away at a great price and no bull considering we knew nothing and needed it done immediately! They could have charged a premium or even made up things that were wrong like most garages do but they didn't. They were quick friendly and efficient. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

  Absolutely amazing service. Very knowledable and experienced, these guys do great work. I knew exactly what work they would be doing on my vehicle ahead of time and it was done quickly for a good price. I will never go to another mechanic while Beam is in town.

  Very friendly, excellent service, very reasonably prices and very accommodating. They were able to fit me in right away and the work was excellent. They gave me a ride to work and even offered to come and pick me up when the work was done. I strongly recommend them to everyone!
