  Great store, love the prices and the service is great for the most part but there are a few who certainly look like they don't like their jobs very much including one who I think is the manager (blonde). My daughters and I witnessed her berating one of her staff members which was not cool at all. The gal from the east coast (didn't get her name)..was amazing. We shop at this location all the time.

  Live for the surprise bags and I do a lot of Christmas shopping here for the ladies in my life for stocking stuffer accessories!

  Would rather give zero stars but since that's not an option I'll settle for 1. I only went into the store for 1 specific item. A nice girl showed me exactly what I was looking for and told me all about the sale on them. Got up to the cash and apparently I was misinformed from the 'new girl' about a sale. I wasted tons of time trying of this specific item on. If your 'new girl' doesn't know what's going on then that's a poor reflection on management. Own up to your mistakes and don't blame the poor new girl. Thanks everyone. Merry Christmas.

  Kind of a bummer that they don't do returns but I've always found something to swap for when needing to exchange.

  Staff is fine, if I bit distant, but I personally prefer not interacting with staff unless necessary so it's fine with me. But the brand itself is quite cheap and I've had several products break on the first use or with little use. So if you shop here, be don't expect something durable.

  I've shopped here plenty since moving into this area and the staff have always been incredibly helpful when I am in need of assistance, purchasing has always been a breeze as well as exchanges.
