    I've been shopping at this Old Navy for a while because I like the layout, but the service here is always terrible. There is always a line of people waiting any time of day I go with one person on the register. The employees always see the line and continue to fold clothes and do not value quick customer service. So you will wait on like usually 15 minutes just to check out while the store employees fold clothes and watch the ONE fellow employee ring up. There has been numerous times where this women with dark short/med length hair whom seems to have some managerial status will never stop what she is doing to get her employees to help and move along the line (nor will she help either). I am only writing this review because this has literally happened to me like 5 or more times and just yesterday I was there and decided to drop all the stuff I planned on buying because of this same situation. Sorry old navy you have lost a sale on many occasions because of this store. I guess cheap clothes=bad customer service.

    The building had been recently renovated and it looks nice. The parking is another story. It is easy to get in. Getting out if the difficult part...

    Nice clothing. Bad return policy. For a big company you think they would have a better and more competitive exchange/return policy in comparison to other big names. They wouldn't let me exchange for size in clothing. Worn once kept in new shape kept all the tags.
