    Found a rug we really liked and it rang up at the sticker price, but staff/manager refused to sell it to us because "it was too cheap"(not even exaggerating, this was their actual reason). Not going to shop at a store that doesn't honour their prices. On top of that, the manager claimed that someone switched the prices, even though I'm not sure how you can switch price sticker and barcode without destroying the sticker itself, and it seemed like she was alluding to us having switched it ourselves. Avoid this store at all costs.

    Update: I worked with Audrey and the 2nd store manager, Kara, and they both promptly addressed my concerns. Both were great to work with. Will boost my rating as appropriate.

    This is my favourite HomeSense in the Ottawa area, great selection of products and really great seasonal displays. Kudos to the hardworking staff.

    I had a great experience shopping at HomeSense today. It was my first time visiting this location and I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and layout of the store. I found many things to purchase as Christmas gifts and I will definitely head back to shop the next time I am in the area
