  Many knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Huge variety. A zillion kinds of cables. Also starting to sell small household appliances and remote control toys. One of my favourite stores in Ottawa. What could be more fun than building yourself a new gaming PC?

  A lot of good computer parts and accessories, and very helpful and nice staff. Good prices too, although I went to get one piece that was on sale, and it was out of stock except downtown. I got an equivalent piece though. One thing to note is that the aisles aren't labelled, so it may take a bit to find the part you're looking for. That's the biggest gripe I have.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will help and will always find someone else if they are unsure. My son's first time building a computer and I can't say anything more other than amazing. Helped him with all his questions with patience and no question was stupid. We live in K-W but will only shop at this branch for all out business and personal items whether they are laptops or accessories.

  Used to love this place. The last couple of times I've been the service was so bad. They seemed to be putting more effort in telling me why they couldn't help than actually helping. Oh well, I did 30 minutes of research and bought what I needed on amazon. I had 2 builds coming up, I'll be doing those myself too.

  Best place for computer parts and refurbished equipment. I've sent my parents here and they've received excellent help without being sold things they don't need (like at some big box stores). My only complaint is how much time I end up sitting in their gaming chairs while my boyfriend geeks out and buys parts to rebuild his pc for the nth time.
