  Excellent health food store in Ottawa. I bought some Sunwarrior Protein and Carlsons Cod Liver Oil. It was a really good price; better than amazon and other health food stores. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  My favorite location! The staff are always super helpful and friendly, selection is great (and they have Bekings eggs, my favorite!) I will always travel to this location no matter where I'm coming from.

  I now regularly by my "farm fresh eggs" from Kardish. I emailed asking if they sold them, they answered be right away and had a few egg tips for me. I had also sent the same email to the "other" health food store and didn't get a reply.

  They always have a friendly for words when you walk in and offer to help you find something. I have found that the "other" local health food store have employees that never seem to give you the time of day.

  They don't have a huge selection but usually have everything I am looking for. I will say they have the friendliest staff or all the local health food stores and their prices are reasonable.
