  Walked in to be rudely greeted by the receptionist glaring at me like I wasn't supposed to be there. Then soon after I was told that the site was not a walk in clinic... even though it is and was asked to leave.

  It’s a busy clinic-but they are able to keep up and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. So happy to have found this place when I did.

  In regards to my child, she had a high fever and was really sick and our dr was away, and they were able to get her in with another dr. And that was very much appreciated. The front desk staff are super friendly and even when getting yelled at, they hold there composure/ I sometimes want to yell for them,

  I have experienced this clinic from both sides of the fence. As a former employee, I know just how hard the receptionists work, as well as the girls on the phones. The call volume in that place is absolutely ridiculous, I have worked in call centres and received less calls. This stems from patients calling during peak hours for non-urgent matters. If you know you have an appointment in a week but are unsure of the exact time, there is no need to call the clinic at 8 am on a Monday when the rest of Barrhaven is attempting to be seen, and are calling at the same time. I can understand why this would be upsetting to people, as I myself have called and find myself getting frustrated with the wait times if it is something that requires me to call first thing in the morning. The staff are treated very badly by a large portion of the patients, and yet although frustrated, still attempt to keep a smile on their faces for the next person in line.

  The “walk-in” is great, I have had to use it a couple times if my doctor is fully booked and I want to be seen sooner. I loved the walk in doctor who was on duty. So very nice and knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. And very friendly and had great “bedside manner”

  Terrible. The doctor kept me waiting half an hour and I was her first appointment of the day. There was no explanation provided as I sat and waited. These have no regard for the jobs and family obligations their patients have to juggle to come and see them. They are so arrogant. This same doctor has twice cancelled her appointment with me while I was on my way to her office. They think because they are doctors it is ok to be this rude.

  I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of respect and customer service the receptionists give to the clinics patients... I live 15 minutes away from the clinic. After continuing to be on hold for an hour and 25 minutes, I decided to drive to the clinic, WITH THE PHONE STILL ON HOLD, to walk into 2 receptionists on their personal cell phones and 3 laughing with eachother ... AND THE CLINIC WAS EMPTY!!!! I was speechless... the reaction I received from them was priceless when I showed them my phone and how I was STILL on hold. Words can’t describe how much I hate this clinic. I am In and out of the hospital faster then this walk in clinic...

  From the patient perspective, my doctor is fantastic, and the amenities offered at this clinic make it a one stop shop. I travel over 30 minutes for appointments, and wait my turn just like everybody else (without complaining) because I do understand that the person ahead of me may have more pressing issues, or more serious health concerns. I think if everybody took some time out of their day to understand how the health system works, they would be able to comprehend that yes sometimes you will wait, yes sometimes your doctor will be unavailable (they are people too), and yes the people serving you are also people with feelings and emotions.

  Literally, every single time I go. I feel bad for them and the way they are treated. As for the phones, it takes a while to get through, but you will get through. If you see how many people are there you can understand why the phones aren't answered a whole lot. The clinic is very busy. Dr. Degani is a wonderful doctor. I only have great things to say about him. Place is always clean and the nurses are very nice.
