  One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had, ordered our food at 5:49pm and the driver arrived at 7pm with only 1/2 our order. I paid for the full order not realizing that 2 orders were missing. Asked the driver where the rest of our order was, and he said that’s all I was given but asked me if I wanted to start with what I had while he went back to check on the other half of the order. I said absolutely not, what we’re my kids going to do, what my wife and I eat?.

  Long story short we had to wait another 50 minutes till our food order was actually delivered and mind you it was cold.

  Prices gone up, portions gone down. And always a long wait. Crossed off my list of takeout places.

  the hijab girl was very rude. I order a pad thai to go and said no spicy. When i went to pick up my order while waiting 10 minute, it was spicy. This hijab girl is a joke.

  not normally one two write a review but after many efforts to contact customer support for Thai express I am aggravated with this location. I called and placed a delivery order and after 2 hours called back of course they were closed and my order NEVER showed up. I tried to give them a second chance made another delivery order called them back after two hours where they assured me it was on the way, 10 more minutes go by and they call me saying the order wasnt even started and want to know if i still want them to start making it with a slap in the face offer of $5 off because I complained that I wasn’t my first issue with them . I would not recommend this location to anyone, at least not there delivery service .

  One of the nicest Thai express locations I've ever stepped foot in. They also had some items on the menu I've never seen before.
