  Who knew needing to have a plumber come to your home could actually be an enjoyable experience? The technician, Craig Muir, was very knowledgeable, but also very personable! He is clearly very experienced. He diagnosed the problem swiftly, explained my options very clearly and did it all with a wonderful sense of humour. His love for his work was very apparent.

  Professional, competent. They do what they say they will do what they say it will cost. They do not leave a mess from sloppy work as other plumbers I have used. They are courteous and polite unlike other plumbers I have used. I would recommend them without reservation.

  I was extremely impressed with Marc. He was on time and extremely efficient. He put my mind at ease about my plumbing concerns and took the time to explain things in detail. He even reconnected the pop up rod in my sink (an issue I had been dealing with for a couple years but my condo management company had just ignored me) for free. In the end, I spent $80 (dispatch fee) to have an annoying ongoing issue fixed and have my mind put at ease about my plumbing concerns. It was definitely $80 well spent!

  Very impressed with my experience with DS Plumbing. I dealt with Mary at the office who was very knowledgeable and was quite accommodating with my appointment time. Their website had great tips & information too. They had to cancel my original appointment but was able to come the next evening. Marc showed up early & had the job done in 1/2 hour! Very nice and experienced. They even donate $1.00 for every visit to a charity, in my case Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue. I now take comfort in knowing I have a plumbing company I can trust in the future if needed. Thank you.

  Trevor and Sarah just left after repairing my faucet in record time, and I can't say enough about what a great experience it was. They're both so professional, knowledgeable and personable! From beginning to end you've provided the BEST service. Love how you combine technology (the ability to track the driver's location on my phone and a pic of who was coming via email!) with the personal ( LGBTQ allies and pet-friendly!). Happy to refer you to anyone who needs your services. Well done!
